The home stretch

We are down to the final weeks now. There is still a bit of work for the plumbers and the painters need to just do some touchups. The garage door should be going on within the next week. And then it’s the cleaning before I move in! Yipeee!!

The kitchen (the bathroom will not remain in the living area…)
The living area from my bedroom door
My walk-in wardrobe
My bedroom (landscaping will fix that view!)

Work on the inside

It’s getting very close now. It’s starting to come together. The internal shelving is done. Once the door handles and plumbing stuff is done the flooring will be done, by which stage the drainage and septic should have started.

The garish blue steel and green door are gone. In its place is the nice wallaby coloured steel work and eucalyptus green door.
The back door and steel work matches the cladding.
The kitchen, with its splash of yellow.
The shelving in the walk-in pantry
The cupboard beside the fridge
The living area fan and lighting
The book shelf in the home office
The newly painted home office with its fan and lighting
