The internal fit-out has started. These photos don’t really show how the colours will all work together, but you get a sense of the layout. Once the walls are painted and the flooring is done it will look great. It’s going to be good sized kitchen with plenty of bench space and storage.

I have visited the property on two occasions when the temperature has been about 35^o C. Each time, inside the house has been noticeably cooler, compared to the outside temperature. This is without any cooling being installed and with all the windows and doors open. So the white roof and the insulation are all working well.
